*Before you buy, be certain you are ordering what you want. All
sales are final and "AS IS" with the following exceptions;
Warranty Claims
The products sold on our site are intended by the manufacturers to
be installed by professional licensed appliance service cos..
We, however, make them available to do-it-yourself individuals
, so that if you are mechanically inclined to install them on your
own, you can save a substantial amount of money. Be advised, though,
that we want you to know the advantages of going this route, as
well as any potential disadvantages, so that your decision to purchase
from us and install it yourself is informed.
Although having an appliance service co. install
the product for you is more costly, there is in fact value in this
extra cost.
Such advantages
of having professional installation may include a labor warranty
provided by the appliance service co. on their workmanship, the
validation of your warranty with the manufacturer, and having someone
to process warranty
claims
for you with the manufacturer in the event your product should fail.
(*We do NOT process warranty claims.
You need to be aware that the manufacturers
of these parts & equipment
products sold on our site have no provision to provide warranty replacement
parts or technical support to you directly, since they only work
through local appliance service cos.. If you choose
to install the products yourself, You need to be aware of some important
things:
1. You need to have a local appliance service
co. of your choice inspect and start up your unit after you install
if
you want to validate the warranty with the manufacturer. Almost any
appliance service co.in the United States and
Canada can provide this service for you since the products we sell
are very common and well known in the trade. A licensed appliance
service co.will usually charge about $50.00 to $100 to provide
this service.
2. In the event you should have a problem
with your product within the warranty period, it is recommended
that you contact that same
appliance service co. to process your warranty
claim with the manufacturer for you and to provide you with new parts.
You cannot contact the manufacturers for help directly since they
have no arrangement to service consumers this way. Also, be advised
that unless an appliance ervice co. has installed the product themselves,
they will have to charge you their labor fee to process your warranty
and to install the warranty
parts for you if you choose to have them do this.
We are happy to inform you that you can always
get free parts help support from us via email, as well as you can
purchase from us any
replacement parts for products you have bought here. Simply contact
us by email at dave@allpartsdepot.com and we will assist you.
Please note that if a product is installed
correctly, having to process a warranty claim is rare. Most of
our customers who choose
to install their products on their own have little difficulty and
are happy with the results.
Special Order Items
Any item we do not normally stock and is not
listed on our website that we have to special order for you is
non-returnable or refundable once ordered. .
Terms of use
While we do everything we can to limit pricing and product information
errors, no warranty is made regarding the accuracy of the product
information or pricing on this site. We reserve the right to refuse
any sale.
Returns
All sales are final with the following exceptions
Please contact us at returns@allpartsdepot.com to notify us in advance
of your reason for wanting to return the item (s) you purchased.
If it meets our criteria as described below,
we will email you with a return number and the appropriate returns
mailing or shipping address. Items mailed or shipped to us without
contacting us first cannot be accepted since our return system
has no way to track the items. All returns must be authorized by
us prior to being returned. No returns for nany reasons after 30
days from initial purchase.
For pre-authorized returns, original shipping
fees (if any) are not refunded and a 25% re-stock fee applies.
Please note that NO refunds or returns are available on parts that
have been installed or used , Returned parts must be in new and
un-used condition and in their original part boxes with all included
accessories, instructions etc.
Cancellations
An order can't be cancelled once it has been boxed and shipped.
Exchanges
All sales are final
Shipping
We ship by UPS. Most products ship the same day if your order is
received before 1:00 PM Pacific Time Zone. UPS Next Day Air, Next
Day Air-Saver, 2nd Day Air , 3-Day Select and Ground service is
available. * For our Canadian customers, we offer UPS Standard
and UPS Expedited. When you are looking at a product, once you
add it to the shopping cart you can check the cost of each UPS
shipping method in real time, by entering in your zip code into
the shipping cost box.. Note that furnaceparts.com does not charge
any handling fees.
UPS is responsible for items lost in shipping, damaged in shipping,
or items they show as being delivered but you didn't receive. If
you have any of these problems, contact us first dave@furnaceparts.com
and we will file a claim with UPS and ship you a new part at no additional
charge.
